WHAT	Advice only, no court representation, how to legally approach your concerns, do you need a lawyer - if so what kind, can you do the "leg" work yourself?, etc. Separation, divorce, domestic violence, landlord tenant, wills, child custody & support, real estate, title transfers, discrimination as to age, sex., contracts etc.

HOW	Call for an appointment - $10 Registration Fee for non-members; WRC Members - Free (Once a year)Assistance in filling out legal forms, etc. may be additional depending on length of time required. Registration must be paid in advance or reservation will not be held. 24 hour cancellation notice required

About our pro bono attorney - Marie Alice Crano, Esquire

Retired from active practice, Marie Crano birngs over forty years of legal experience to the Women's Resource Center. She has spent most of those years as a practicing attorney in Polk County. She is a graduate of the George Washington School of Law, Washington, D. C. Miss Crano is a member of the American Bar Association.

The registration fee charged is for the Women's Resource Center's time in administrative time spent on legal program activities. Miss Crano's thirty minute appointment time is a pro-bono service given to the WRC by Miss Crano. Thank you, Miss Crano!!!!
