Women's Resource Center

Serving Women in Polk, Hardee, & Highlands Counties

Our mission is "to provide a variety of services to women and their families in crisis. We provide each client with valuable assistance that will enhance her current situation through immediate services while empowering each woman and her family to become productive members within their community."

The Center also maintains an information/referral hotline to assist women in finding resources needed: basic, social, health, financial, emotional and life-enrichment.

The Women's Resource Center is a (501)(c)(3), non-profit organization that has been serving the tri-county area since 1984.

The Women's Resource Center is a United Way of Central Florida agency partner.
