Regan Coulter

Programs Assistant
Regan is currently a graduate student at the University of Central Florida, pursuing a dual master’s in public administration and criminal justice. She lives in Winter Haven and works directly with clients in our community to provide them with vouchers for food, hygiene, and clothing to meet their needs. As Programs Assistant, Regan is involved with our Financial Independence class as well as our Back to Work Program. Her work as Program’s Assistant aims to foster meaningful relationships with community/business partners, and support our clients in their journey to self-sufficiency and independence. Regan is passionate about justice reform and an advocate for change that reduces/removes barriers for those who have been through the criminal justice system and have paid their dues to society. She believes that with a community-based approach and the use of evidence-based policy, we can begin to address the root causes of crime and build stronger and safer communities.
